When you first login to strengthlog you will need to add your exercises.
Your exercise list will be stored at the top for easy choosing.
To input your workout simply pick the exercise you are doing.
Then add the weight you lifted and the reps you completed.
Dont forget to change the settings. Example: How many sets you do and what rep range you want to work in.
